VHDCI 100 Pin SCSI Connector

The key advantage of PCM-TAT-0015 is its ability to package 100 contact positions into a compact 0.8mm-pitch VHDCI interface, making it well suited for industrial electronics where panel space is limited but I/O count remains high.

For DAQ cards, motion controllers, ATE systems, and OEM equipment, the connector can consolidate digital I/O, trigger, encoder, status, and equipment-specific circuits into a compact physical interface.

While the 0.8mm micro-pitch structure increases connection density, it also requires effective rear mechanical protection. PCM-TAT-0015 uses an assembled zinc alloy backshell to enclose the 100-pin solder area and cable exit.

Combined with proper cable retention, shielding, and strain relief, this construction supports stable long-term installation in industrial cabinets, laboratory test platforms, and automation equipment.

Miniature physical partition grid-walls implemented inside the core cavity scale up the spatial cross-lane dielectric constant properties between dense contacts.
