Premier Cable PCM-1004 is developed for ICP IEPE accelerometers, vibration sensors and industrial condition monitoring systems, using a 2-position 14S-9 interface with a straight cable exit compatible with the MS3106-14S-9S configuration.

 

Compared with multi-contact interconnects intended for more complex circuits, the 2-pin arrangement provides a straightforward option for compatible sensor circuits. It can serve as a detachable connection between accelerometers, constant-current sources, signal conditioners, dynamic DAQ systems and vibration analyzers.

 

PCM-1004 uses an MIL-DTL-5015 style threaded coupling mechanism. After mating, the coupling ring provides positive mechanical retention, helping reduce accidental loosening caused by continuous vibration or cable movement in permanent condition monitoring installations.
