What is CAN bus and how does it work?
These days, all modern vehicles, from conventional combustion-powered cars to the latest EVs, feature a Controller Area Network (CAN) bus. It's the electronic communications system that allows different parts of the vehicle to talk to each other, including the engine, the transmission and the brakes.
