PCM-XQD-0002 is an automotive Ethernet cable assembly developed by Premier Cable for the RoboSense E1R solid-state LiDAR. The E1R side uses a TE Connectivity 2397144-1 MATEnet hybrid connector. The opposite end separates into two branches: an Amphenol NETBridge connector for automotive Ethernet communication and a Molex 43025-0600 Micro-Fit 3.0 six-position connector for power, ground and auxiliary control functions.
The assembly consolidates the E1R high-speed point-cloud data link and low-voltage electrical circuits at one LiDAR interface. At the robot controller or vehicle computing platform, the functions are separated for connection to an automotive Ethernet controller and power-management module.
Two lengths are available. The 2m version suits a nearby computing unit, while the 5m version supports roof-, front-, mast- or remotely mounted LiDAR sensors connected to a central controller.

Stable Connection

Installation Requirements
The cable body features excellent flexibility and an optimized bending radius, perfectly fittingthe narrow routing spaces of vehicle A-pillars, front bumpers, or robotic arms. In both 2mand 5m versions, the flame-retardant jacket can be routed directly within standardautomotive cable trays, meeting strict wiring space codes.
