PCM-ZC-0192 is a six-port GEMnet Z-coded extension cable designed for high-speed automotive data systems. Identical TE connectors at both ends provide direct interconnection through six independent differential channels.

 

Compared with arranging six separate single-channel harnesses, the consolidated structure helps organize the controller connection area and provides a more orderly physical interconnect for central computing platforms, domain controllers and multi-sensor systems.

 

The assembly uses TE 1-2428482-4 six-position Z-coded connectors with the designated locking and keying structure for defined mechanical mating between compatible devices.

Installation Requirements: Length and Wiring Space

 

Standard lengths of 0.5m, 1m and 2m accommodate different distances between electronicmodules. Select the length according to equipment position, cable exit direction, restraint pointsand service clearance, while allowing suitable bend relief.
