Furthermore, the ground legs of both RCA channels are completely separate inside the Y-junction, tie-connecting exclusively into the system master shield (GND) upon entering the fully wrapped metal RJ45 housing. Provided your host AXIA node or Wheatstone frame is properly grounded, this single-ended grounding methodology interrupts chassis potential loops, blocking 50Hz AC hum.

Q2: Since the 20cm RCA profile is so slim, if it is accidentally hooked into a network switch port carrying PoE (Power over Ethernet) behind the rack, will it short out or destroy connected gear?
