This MSDD Pass-through RJ45 Connector is your easiest and fastest option for adding an Ethernet connection. Instead of cutting a custom oval or square hole, you can simply use a regular hole saw or drill to drill holes in wood, plastic, or metal. It's approximately 30mm in diameter and fits panels up to 16mm (or 0.625 inches) thick or thinner. Just unscrew the plastic nut, insert the plug, and reconnect, and you'll have an Ethernet jack with an Ethernet plug at your fingertips. This connector features a rugged body and a plastic lip that hides drilled holes, making it ideal for adding Ethernet ports to project enclosures. Technical details include a cable length of approximately 23 cm or customized length, panel mount Ethernet 8P socket with an angled Ethernet 8P plug at the end of the cable.
