The 30-cycle durability specification applies to the terminal system and does not guarantee identical service life for every finished harness installation. PCM-0879 should retain its 300VAC and 3.5A-per-contact design ratings, with actual current capability verified against conductor size, crimp quality, simultaneous loading, temperature rise and installation conditions.

LDPE inner molding and black PVC 45P overmolding reinforce both cable exits. The assembly uses UL2464 20AWG×8C black PVC cable with a 6.5mm outer diameter and a 2000±30mm length, supporting power and signal extension in industrial equipment.
