The Kynar wire is good, as it's thin enough to wrap around component legs, solder to 0.5mm pitch TQFP pins, and fit between/under just about anything. Both can be secured to the PCB with either Kapton/polyamide tape, superglue (cyanoacrylate), or hot glue. 30 AWG Kynar insulated wire wrap wire.
