M12 L-code connector is an industrial connector designed for DC power. The rated voltage is usually 63V DC and the maximum current can reach 16A. Therefore, it is widely used in DC power supply equipment such as motor drives, I/O modules, switches, etc.
Due to its coding structure and safety regulations, M12 L-code is not suitable for AC equipment power supply. If it needs to be used in an AC system, it is recommended to choose M12 K-code or S-code designed for AC power supply.
