1. Understand the RS422 standard

- Signal integrity: If the communication is wrong or unstable, check whether the wiring is correct, whether the terminal resistor is installed, and whether the signal line is interfered.
- Distance and rate: If the communication distance is long, the baud rate can be appropriately reduced to ensure the reliability of signal transmission.
7. Write a communication program
If you need to control RS422 devices through programming, you can use a programming language that supports serial communication (such as Python, C++, LabVIEW, etc.) to write a program to achieve data transmission and communication control between devices.
