1、 Use

2、 Service conditions


The long-term allowable working temperature of the wire core is 65 ℃, and the minimum bending radius of the wire is 6 times of the cable diameter. Yellow sheathed cables shall not be exposed to sunlight for a long time.

Scope of application


·This product is applicable to control and signal connection cables used in control system network with rated voltage uo / U of 0.6/1kv in nuclear power plant.


·The allowable long-term working temperature of the cable conductor is 90 ℃, and the maximum temperature of the cable conductor during short circuit shall not exceed 250 ℃, and the duration shall not exceed 5 seconds.


·The ambient temperature during cable laying shall not be lower than 0 ℃.


·The allowable bending radius during cable laying is:


-The cable without armor shall not be less than 6 times of the cable diameter


-The cable with armor or copper tape shielding shall not be less than 12 times the cable diameter


-The flexible cable with shielding structure shall not be less than 6 times of the cable diameter.


·When the long-term allowable working temperature of the conductor is not greater than 90 ℃, the identification life of the cable shall not be less than 40 years.


·The finished cable shall meet the requirements of class a bunched combustion test specified in GB / t18380.3.


·Smoke density of finished cable: light transmittance shall not be less than 70%.


·Radiation resistance: 25 × 104Gy


·Halogen free: when non-metallic materials are burning, the acidity (expressed by pH value) of the escaping gas shall be greater than 4.3; Conductivity not greater than 10 μ S/mm。

Flexible fireproof cable


1. It has excellent fire resistance performance.
