1. Most of the DB9 communication ports of the CAN bus analyzer are male with nuts, it is recommended to purchase female heads with bolts;

 

2. This DB9 port is used for CAN communication to develop its own wiring;

 

3. It is recommended to use a shielded twisted pair of 0.5 wire diameter for communication. If you can't find it, you can directly use Category 5 network cable instead;

 

4. Each DB9 solder-free port is delivered with a 120 ohm terminal matching resistor, no additional purchase is required;

 

5. The CAN bus defines pins 2 and 7 for communication, and the matching resistor can be directly connected between these two pins;

 

6. CAN field bus communication mode is better than RS485 bus, and can support star connection;
