Fan structure

 

1. Blade

The function of the fan

 

1. Pulse Width Modulation

 

That is pulse width modulation. In the circuit, it specifically refers to a modulation circuit in which the pulse cycle is constant, and the pulse width ratio (DHTYCYCLE: that is, what we often say is the space ratio) is changed by the size of the input signal (DC).

 

 

2. Temperature Control Function

 

The ambient temperature of the fan is monitored through the thermistor, and the speed of the fan is appropriately adjusted according to the temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and noise reduction.

 

 

3. RATION DETECTOR

 

The RD function is also what we often call the Alarm (alarm) signal. RD is low level when the fan is running, and RD is high level when the fan is locked. By monitoring the level of the RD signal, it can be judged whether the fan is running normally or locked.

 

 

4. Custom Function

 

Products can be customized according to customers' special requirements (such as waterproof, dustproof, RD reverse phase, etc.)

 

 

5. AUTO RESTART

 

When the fan is locked, the working current of the fan will be automatically cut off, and the fan will be in a state of low current, so as to protect the fan from being burned due to high current. Another function of AUTO RESTART: the fan automatically outputs a signal to start the fan at regular intervals. When the fan is not in the locked state, the fan will be restarted and run normally.

 

 

6. FG (Frequency Generator)

 

The FG function is also what we often call TACHOUT. The function of this function is mainly to output a square wave signal from the inside of the fan, and the frequency of the signal represents the speed of the fan. For conventional four-stage fans: speed=FG frequency*30. That is to say, the speed of the fan can be read by reading the FG signal.
