The Distinction of Various Lines in the Call Center
The lines of the calling system are actually the incoming and outgoing phone numbers, but they will be connected to the system in different ways.
Method 1:
Telephone line The number is applied to the operator, the operator builds some equipment, and finally leads it into the computer room by means of ordinary telephone lines. The telephone line needs to use the FXO gateway to connect to the calling system. The telephone line is inserted into the FXO gateway, and is connected to the call center through the network to realize the incoming and outgoing calls of the telephone line.
Method 2:
Mobile phone card is the same as the telephone line, but the access device is different. The user applies for a batch of mobile phone cards, the cards are inserted into the GOIP gateway, and connected to the call center through the network, so as to call the telephone line for incoming and outgoing calls.
Method 3:
The 2M trunk line is the same as the above two methods. This kind of line is also used by the operator to install some equipment to the computer room, and finally pull out two converter heads (BNC plug, also called Q9 head, which is a standard coaxial plug. cable connector). An E1 trunk gateway is required to connect with the system. The difference is that in the above two methods, a telephone line or a mobile phone card has only one concurrent call (that is, a number can only be called out or inbound at the same time). But a trunk has 30 concurrent capabilities. Because coaxial cable is a shielded cable, it has the advantages of long transmission distance and stable signal.
Method 4:
sip line This is a company that specializes in making lines on the market, and has assembled many kinds of lines to their own servers. This does not require any device docking, the line party will give their server ip and some authentication to the user. The system makes calls directly to their server through the network and through authentication. This method is the most cost-effective, but the number of outbound calls is not fixed, it is not your own line, there are many uncertain factors, the failure rate of outbound calls is relatively high, and the connection rate is low.
Method 5:
ims line ims is actually the operator's sip line. The third-party sip lines on the market can be connected as long as the server can access the Internet, but the sip lines of the operator can only be connected with the ip specified by the operator. After the user applies for a line to the operator, the operator will bring in a network line, which may be an optical cat or other network equipment, and will assign a fixed IP. The optical cat or other network devices are connected to the network port of the server through the network cable, and the fixed IP is configured on the network port of the server. The system connects and calls the operator through this network port. This method requires the server hardware to have 2 network ports, one network port is the ip accessed by the server, and the other is the operator ip connected to the line.
